-
No. Our prices cover dedicated, premium coaching only. All participants are required to organize their own lift tickets (or season passes) and equipment rentals independently prior to the start of the lesson.
-
Yes. For safety reasons, helmets are 100% mandatory for all participants during our lessons, packages, and winter camps. Please ensure you bring a ski- or snowboard-specific helmet. They can also be rented directly at the resort's rental shop if needed.

Ontario winters can get incredibly cold, and staying warm is key to enjoying your day on the mountain. We highly recommend using a three-layer system to trap heat and block the wind:
Base Layer: Moisture-wicking thermal underwear (avoid cotton, which holds onto sweat and freezes).
Middle Layer (The Insulator): A warm fleece jacket, lightweight down sweater, or synthetic insulated pullover. This layer traps your body heat while remaining breathable.
Outer Layer: A waterproof and windproof winter jacket and snow pants to shield you from falling snow and wind chill.
Hands & Face: Waterproof insulated gloves or mittens, a snug neck gaiter or balaclava, and a pair of ski/snowboard goggles to maintain clear visibility.
Socks: One pair of proper wool or synthetic ski socks. (Avoid layering multiple pairs of everyday socks—this actually cuts off blood circulation and makes your feet much colder!).

We welcome everyone! We teach all ability levels—from complete beginners stepping onto the snow for the first time to intermediate and advanced riders looking to master carves, tackle steeper terrain, or fine-tune their technique. Every single lesson or camp is fully tailored to your specific goals and comfort level.
-
For the best progression and safety, we strongly recommend that participants booking together as a group (e.g., our "Add 2–5 Participants" tier) share a similar ability level. If abilities vary widely (e.g., a total beginner and an advanced rider), the instructor will need to split time or focus on the lower-skill level to ensure safety on the slopes.
-
Absolutely! This is winter sports, and we embrace the snow and cold. Lessons and camps run as scheduled in standard winter conditions. However, your safety is our non-negotiable standard. In the event of extreme, unsafe weather—like severe ice storms or resort-wide lift closures—we will reach out to cancel, and you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
-
If you already have your own gear and season passes, arriving 20 to 30 minutes before your lesson is plenty of time to gear up and walk to the meeting area. However, if you need to rent equipment or purchase lift tickets at the resort, arrive at least 1.5 hours early, as rental lines at local Ontario hills can become exceptionally long on weekends and holidays.
-
We operate across multiple Ontario resorts. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a pre-arrival email/text message with the exact meeting location in the base area of your chosen resort (typically near the main chalet or rental shop).
-
To keep things safe and focused, access to the terrain park is exclusively reserved for our dedicated terrain park lessons. To ensure a safe, progressive, and positive learning experience, students who want to build freestyle or terrain park skills will be matched with an instructor specifically certified in terrain park coaching. Please let us know your interest when booking so we can pair you with the right coach!
